Higher amount for chops with Shotaro

I had just risked my whole life ic piclocking a shotaro thinking it will be high risk high reward, However when i had gotten to the chopshop i saw it was only 3.5k. Therefore im thinking the price should be raised for such a rare vehicle like this because the NPCs will always pay more to get vehicle parts from such a rare and expensive vehicle like this. Im thinking this should be the highest amount for a chop ever, around 20-25k will be the perfect amount for a chop like this.
