make /cw and /w more able to be told apart

Not too sure if it's been suggested before, but oh well.

My suggestion is that the /cw command message should be changed to something like "Player x has whispered the car: message", and whisper should just be kept the same. It's hard to tell the difference between them currently.

I don't use it often, but minor differentiation in chat could be pretty cool just to lose the "was that just to me?" thought that may come to mind when someone uses /cw.
