Cletus_Short Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 I discovered this issue when doing a fuel trucking mission while it was taking me north up the eastern highway. I tried all the fixes for crashes here and over on the GTA:N forums. I took a rental out there and crashed as well, then logged back in and the crash isn't instant. Seems after logging in I can drive over there for like 30 seconds before I crash. I don't crash anywhere south on the map, and I haven't tried the western highway yet. But I crash 100% while travelling north on the eastern one.
BFortier Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 Everybody will say 'wait for GTA:N to update', but If your crashing that often it has to be either a poor gaming setup or a bugged out game. You have a decent gaming set up that can handle GTA V? If so maybe you should reinstall.
chillOut Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 i have a decent i7 processor and a gtx 970 4gb of vram and 8 gigs of ram and my GTA has started crashing ever since i started playing GTA:N and when i play on other GTAN servers it doesn't crash it's only on Eclipse...
BFortier Posted April 22, 2017 Report Posted April 22, 2017 @Xylum sent this out in Discord for somebody who was having this issue, though not necessarily location specific. You could give it a shot. http://www.mediafire.com/file/fxgohqcs1fsv6bv/aio210.zip Download that and run the exe, sounds dodgy I know but it will install any missing VC++ DirectX System Files Runtimes and more
Cletus_Short Posted April 22, 2017 Author Report Posted April 22, 2017 Solved by setting all GTA:N and all GTAV executables to Run compatibility windows 7 & as admin.

Something buggy with the server or mod.
