Not sure if this is intentional or not, but it makes absolutely no sense to need to have the engine on to search it. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Try searching a vehicle with the engine off. If it is changed, make it to where you need to be in the vehicle to view it's inventory because as of right now, if the engine of the vehicle is on and the car is unlocked, you can access it's inventory from the outside. 1
