Guest cgall04 Posted June 10, 2021 Report Posted June 10, 2021 Issue Being Reported: Mic Not working Date and Time of Issue 15:00 GMT on 10/JUN/2021 Your characters name: Jeffery Hunter Other player(s) involved: N/A Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: basically i went on the game earlier and my mike wouldn't work a had a wee fiddle with the settings selected the correct mic but it still wouldn't work any help would be great.

Right click on the sound symbol in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click Open Sound Settings. Scroll down to Input and ensure the input device is correctly selected. Test your microphone in other applications to ensure it's not the microphone that is broken. You can do this on the same page if you scroll a little further down. Please respond if you require additional assistance or if this fixes the issue. Thank you.

On top of setting your desired playback and recording devices as default within Windows itself, setting the proper microphone in the rage launchers settings will also help make it grab the right microphone when in-game.
