K Peso Posted May 16, 2021 Report Posted May 16, 2021 Thank you, for whoever takes a look at this bug report: Date and time (provide timezone): 5/16/21 6:41 EST/GMT Character name: Sultan Beltran Issue/bug you are reporting: I recently purchased an apartment in Del Perro, When I got there it says I have no permissions to (Un)lock the door. When I want to park my vehicle it doesn't show in my available apts. On the store toolbar it says I own the apartment. I've already reported 3 times in the game and waited for currently an hour. I submitted an in game report regarding this issue two days ago and moderator with the name taco couldn't find the solution and suggested that I fill out another report. I did such but I had to leave due to the long wait and other stuff going on in my head. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I have a screenshot from the store saying that I own the apartment (due to the apartment number being shown I wont post it, but Im more than happy to send it Via Discord.)
Aieos Posted May 17, 2021 Report Posted May 17, 2021 Have you made sure you are at the correct apartment building? Also the room number in the credit store is not your actual room number. You can see which is yours from the elevator, which will be displayed on the left.
