Panel Credits, Network Error

I keep getting this NETWORK ERROR when trying to purchase credits. Please help.

Are you using paypal funds or a credit card connected to paypal? It has to be paypal funds or a bank transaction through paypal. Prepaid cards also will not work. It's also possible that your bank is rejecting the transaction.

Idk, cause I have tried two cards and I tried the one card I have previously bought credits with.

I cannot even connect to a VPN is it my internet?
