Issue/bug you are reporting: Cars, players or scripted entities not loading in every time on connect.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Sometimes it takes a little time, and sometimes it never loads in. Not sure what's causing this error, but I think it creates a lot of de-sync from client to client as every person sees totally different stuff. People get run over, 4 people flying in the air supposedly sitting in a invisible helicopter etc.
