Expected behavior: Not getting these notifications. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Go on MD duty and speed past the pier camera. You will get a message saying you are citated for speeding. However, no charge will appear on record nor will MD units be able to pay them. It is solely the notifications.
