brodyvi Posted February 24, 2021 Report Posted February 24, 2021 Honestly I'm kinda debating on why I still play. I love the game and I'm new to the server since last week. But there's a massive whole in this server involving waiting for a mechanic or tow truck. For the third day in a row, I have now waited over an HOUR + before I cancel waiting for a response from a mechanic. I make sure theres at least 7 mechanics on to make my request but no one ever shows. It usually involves me paying people to drive to the shop to ask a mechanic and they just say no. IDK why but yesterday when I asked an admin a simple question of it I can get it moved to moors mutual because pretty much the whole time I spend in this server, is just waiting for a mechanic, they refused the request and told me to never ask it again. So can I get some help? Because every time I ask in the discord I'm told to just wait. I even waited for an hour and a half yesterday to have someone hit my vehicle multiple times on purpose that took me out of que. You can literally see tons of cars EVERYWHERE broken down on the road. Why isn't there a job for this? Players should be able to work as tow truck drivers. IDK this is just my suggestion from playing for over a week, but I don't think I'm the only one having this problem. Like i said I love this server, but this is such a problem I don't see myself playing for another week unfortunately.

We work as har and fast as we can when we are on duty. But sometimes its not enough. To be able to go out on request we need to be more then 1 on duty mechanic. Some times we have so many request that it is impossible to Get to them all. Im not sure how you counted 7 mechanic’s But my guess is trough F4 faction. Even if there is 7 online there dont meen its 7 on duty. Can be staff doing staff business. Trainiee not allowed to work alene. Or just someone out fishing on the pier. Getting a well deserved rest. But if you find 7 on the ledge doing nothing then thats a concern and need to be taken care off. If you witness this i recommend you in game to Ask to speak to a manager.
