Throwing off the call list for medics. There are also times that the call list will appear upside down, showing calls from newest to oldest instead of oldest to newest. Expected behavior: Calls should not re-open themselves, call list should display in oldest to newest. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: It happens randomly and can be hard to catch evidence of especially if the text chat is going wild during busy hours.
