Breixo Posted January 20, 2018 Report Posted January 20, 2018 Is it possible to add Pedestrians/AI? It would fill in the city really well and means that even if there's a lower player count the city won't feel dead. It also better represents the fact that the players are generally going to be criminals/cops, but with them only making up a small fraction of the city population.
