Expected behavior: Should be able to connect, as they are currently online. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Setting VPN to Seattle, Washington results in an error upon trying to access the forum. There are other users who have reported this from other regions but I do not remember who, or where sadly.
