When you do your time in jail your charges still show as live when you are released, same with fines. This is causing a lot of problems in-game for people getting arrested for the same crimes multiple times. Others are saying they have served the time when they have not Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Go to jail, get out. 1
