Mpache Posted August 22, 2020 Report Posted August 22, 2020 Date and time (provide timezone): 22/8/2020, ~3PM GMT+2 (Belgrade) Character name: Alex Mpache Issue/bug you are reporting: I was driving down the street where the Bank is located (the one in the city, not Paleto), i had my speed limiter on and was casually waiting for the NCZ warning to go away from my HUD so i can disable my speed limiter and drive faster, however when i did this after the NCZ warning went away i got a speeding ticket for some reason Expected behavior: Speeding fine right after the Bank NCZ Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Video evidence (apologies for the low bitrate, everything that matters should be clearly visible) - https://streamable.com/bv2vhk Worth mentioning: The few important things to notice are: 1) Speed limiter being turned on can be seen at the start of the video, the limit being 89km/h ; 2) NCZ Warning going away from the HUD and Speed Limiter 'turned off' notification ; 3) Speeding fine after im out of the NCZ (as per my HUD) Replication steps: Turn off the speed limiter less than a second after you leave the Bank NCZ Vehicle license plate number*: DURURCTD
freshprinceIE Posted August 22, 2020 Report Posted August 22, 2020 There is a speed cam right where you got the ticket, it's not an automatic fine for speeding in a NCZ. There are a couple of speed cams around the city.
Mpache Posted August 22, 2020 Author Report Posted August 22, 2020 The problem is that the speed cameras should only be within the NCZ, and this one is not, it still 'gets' you even after the game tells you you are out of the NCZ. The fix is either extending the NCZ or moving the camera itself. 1
Capone. Posted August 22, 2020 Report Posted August 22, 2020 There is nothing wrong here, nothing needs fixing. The camera is not there because it's a NCZ it's a speed deterrent just like real life.
