Ultra3D Posted May 7, 2020 Report Posted May 7, 2020 As of right now if I'm correct, one you are not in the city and no one has use the car for 2 hours, the car de-spawns. I feel this kinda messes with gangs that have shared vehicles, and people that have shared vehicles. For me, we have a few gang RV's but if the RO is not on they disappear. I recommend that instead of only the RO needing to be on, anyone who has a perm key that's on should prevent the car's from de-spawning.
