Need Help. Account - Elan Patrone (Google authenticator glitch)

Issue Being Reported: I can't login to my control panel. It says Google authenticator is enabled on my account but I don't recall ever enabling it. It tells me to write a code which I have no access to because I don't ever receive an email with it.
