No one falls sick, people just instantly come out of the ER and no one needs surgery after falling off the tallest building in the game. What I think is that we need a new MD role: Surgeons. OOC'ly until there are enough Surgeons such that there are always 2 online at a certain point in time, surgeons will be labelled as resident students. Once enough Surgeons are employed, the update rolls. Jumped off a roof for no reason? Surgery. Got hit by a truck? Surgery. Passed out from hear exhaustion? Probably no surgery. Now, we add diseases. Why just go around in crowds and sleep tight? Go into a crowd during lockdown? Bad Idea. All I'm saying is, a character can get non terminal/acute diseases anywhere and should be able to ask admins to give them Terminal/Acute Diseases like ALS.
