It has around 600KG of excess furniture that i'm not planning on using. There are some leftover drinks from the last opening.

I mean if your floors is half of the apartment and he did all the work on his as well divide by 2 you get 1.8 so say 1.8-2m.

If you are talking about the hen house it sold for 1.7m. And it was compeletly furnished

If I gave the offer obviously it's serious the highest I've seen a club in the city was 2m-2.5m besides the apartment. I have the highest offer and people say they were going to get offers and you never got one. So, I gave an offer.
