Realistically thats the mojitos parking lot. Expected behavior: n/a Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: About ten feet out from the ATM into the parking lot it says, "You can only build inside an interior." This is the end of our building area. About five feet further, still well into our parking lot the business across the road gains building access.
