Illegal Car Market

Currently, if not all most uf us know, that there's not much do as a criminal currently, on eclipse. especially the laptop being shut down, criminal RP is just dry currently, and we all long for something new and exciting! I propose and illegal car market in which would work similar to the current scrap yard vehicle instead we would have a more wide range choice of vehicles, and higher quality in which can be bought from an illegal car dealer. These vehicles would be illegal and once pulled over or caught, however you could be able to get back said vehicle if you manage to steal it back.

-Vehicles can not worth more than a certain amount, so vehicles like the paragon or the rapid GT would be unavailable
-Criminals would have to extra smart when driving this vehicles.
-People who are caught selling this vehicles can be arrested. 

I know several may disagree with this suggestion, but I just really want something new and exciting to be introduced to criminals!

Maybe have a laptop that anyone can buy from grocery stores, a functional laptop with proper websites and stuff, and one of the accessible websites is the black market.

 

Imagine the RP of buying guns, drugs, cars or anything from the black market, imagine buying large quantities of human meet.

 

Would be cool if police would occasionally go undercover on the black market aswell.
