A transmission sent from my mind earlier has brought with it a domino effect of events. At this point i believe my consciousness was trying to fight whatever may have caused the aptly named "transmission". I shall recount the tale since aforementioned event in hopes, that potentially citizens with some clarity can help me make sense of it all. Perhaps some clues can be uncovered as to what happened. I awoke my mouth dry, legs tired. My memory was fairly hazey but not completely lost. Looking around my surroundings i recognised the downtown parking lot, the area was familiar but something seemed off. Perhaps it was the blurry vision and spinning surroundings that added to the ambience, at first i thought it may be a hangover but i couldn't smell it and generally even if i had been drinking hard id remember my first or last drink. As I always do, the first thing i reached for was my phone. To my surprise I had some notifications, it looked like my favourite postings website which i don't really post to much. And that's when i saw it. An odd post made by me titled Transmission. However the context and language of the post wasn't something i was familiar with. Lucky for me someone named Oliver Bennett and an anonymous citizen were quick to decipher the post. Here was the original. Translation for the peasants: "The aliens are coming. I've seen them in the farm. I've been compromised. HELP" I started to panic, I don't recall making the posting and the cryptic nature led me to believe perhaps my phones security had been compromised. Then, it happened. I couldn't help but notice my phone had a voicemail. The strange thing about this was i did not have a missed call. Brushing it off as an issue with the phone i was quick to check my voice bank, what happens next might be hard to believe so i downloaded the voice mail in hopes that citizens could help me make sense of it. Initially Looking at my phone i noticed the voicemail itself was from a strange number. Please anyone out there if you can help me solve this mystery let me know. I thought this city had detectives. Not some donut eating slackers! 1

Spells out https://www.online-toolz.com/tools/text-encryption-decryption.php which leads to a decryption site. Which if you put in the weird contact name leads to an image: https://imgur.com/a/SBHa61f . We looked at the metadata of your recording and found that the year and the track number have a weird value. Using the keypad of the phone again the year "627846" spells Martin, your name. ((Congratulations)) I will investigate the top of Mt Chilliad myself after all it's me they want.
