The transfer said it went through successfully on my end but he never received the money in his account. Expected behavior: He receives the bank transfer Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: The only thing of note I can think of is he was incapacitated during the time of transfer, I'm not sure if that would effect it or not but that's the only "odd" factor of the transfer the I can think of.
