/drag not loading patients into ambulance and teleporting out of ambulances

/drag not loading patients into the back of the ambulance. We have to /invehicle them every time and they teleport much easier now

/drag should load a patient into an ambulance once the medic enters the vehicle. /invehicle should only be used for medevac when using a basket or multiple patients are getting loaded in

Currently don't have and evidence can be duplicated very easily
