I tried the "registering with same account name and password" solution but it didn't work. Admins were really helpful with the situation, they always verified my account when I asked on Discord. But the last one was the sixth time it happened. I got tired of asking for help from admins every time I login. It happens every other day. I don't know if something wrong with my Internet Service Provider, but I noticed that my IP constantly changes. Maybe that's the cause of the problem. Please use the Two Factor Authentication. That was better and more secure E-mail verification just does not work for me. Date and Time of Issue (provide timezone): 08:50 PM UTC on 23/OCT/2019.
