Donnz_ Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 Hey, I've gone through the steps on the "New Player Setup Guide" and on step #4 I connected to the server and created an account, receiving a success message. It says under step #4 to go to the user panel to verify my account but when I go to the panel and enter my details I got an error saying my email must be verified first but I have no email to verify and can't login to the panel without verifying. Thanks for the reply. I've checked that it's right and looked through all mail, i've only received the forum verification emails from yesterday. Yeah I understand these things don't always work as expected, had plenty of problems with servers myself. I should have added I send a password reset (through the panel) just to verify the email was correct and received it. I've asked on discord hopefully a mod can send a request manually if possible.
