Basically, I made an account a while back and I did the quiz/application process and I was successful, however I cannot remember the name I used? I made this forum account around the same time so the IP addresses could be linked? I just need the name of my account, the password I'll probably know. Any help would be fantastic, cheers! The first one being looking back though your emails to find your account name. The second option is messaging a Moderator + and providing them with your in game name, they can then provide you with the account name.
