I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "Base Value" The value I am asking is what I'm willing to sell the house for, if you own something (car,house...) It's yours to sell if you want to and at the price you wish to put on the market. A 1G in this condo is 100% valued at 300k+ given the current market Â
