I don't think that you already have a 650k deal on the table, when all the info from your ad are wrong. Those garages doesn't belong to this house, are from the neighbors. I was interested in this house, I checked it and I'm really disappointed. If you really have a 650k deal, take it real fast.

The 3 Garages can be used by the owner of this house, i never said they were private or that nobody else could use them. They are not from neighbours. Also I do have a 650k deal on the table and can show you a screenshot of messages to your email if you desire. Also, how is 3 garages ALL the info on the house??

If you feel like the house is good enough for you to make an offer go ahead, I would gladly do business with you. If you dont like the house, good luck finding one that suits you and has a functional garage for your car. I dont really feel like continuing this argument over something trivial like this.
