A friend and I were both joining, and he submitted his registration after mine and received it immediately. I've attempted the following: Checked "Spam" as well as "All Mail", then perform a search of my entire Inbox for "Eclipse". Went to the panel and attempted sign-in, but receive the error that I haven't verified. Reset password via the panel (to see if maybe I mis-typed my e-mail). I received the password reset e-mail immediately and had no issues there. Created a second account using a different e-mail address. Same behavior with that e-mail address as well.
