A farm or ranch would be interesting. A trade could be in place for the right property, we do have a mansion next to bank in Los Santos valued to about 2,5 - 3 millions. And soon the government will be lifting laws restricting outdoor renovations, so you will be able to build add-ons and such on the exteriors of properties.
