Donate to gain application review priority.

Hello my name is Louie,

I think it'll be a great idea to have the ability to donate as a registering member to gain priority in the application review process. 

I have found out there's nearly 7,000 applicants with an application turnaround time averaging around 3 weeks, this would be a beneficial period of time to gain server funds to keep it on going.

Please DO NOT mistake this for 'Paying for access' this would purely be to get your application reviewed quicker.
