I want to start off by saying, this is not the report I want to be making, But after weeks and weeks of this call of duty type of gameplay im just kinda at my end with it. I clocked on, we were chasing rooks from a bank, eventually some of them ambushed us and took our tires, we then crashed out and stalled. I knew we were outnumbered, so I simply put my hands up and said im not shooting. Didnt matter, they mowed me down and finished me. I pmed 10 to save his pov. Im not looking for someone to get in a lot of trouble or anything, But I think there needs to be a discussion about trigger discipline, I knew I was cooked so I didn't bother to fight them, We also had not shot at them once as far as I was in the situation. Im friends with these guys on my alt so I dont even want to go here. but a discussion needs to be had.

hello carl thanks for takin the report.

to start off with this report, we robbed a bank with heavies, with night crew. one of ours was getting chased, and we took tires, the kamacho flipped so we wanted to attack it, after a ton of fights, we learned we gotta single them out, and we can't really let them live because then when they see us, they just spray us. 


Do cops think they are just bulletproof when hands go up? Well maybe they got other rules I don't know, but if we run with our hands up out of a bank, we will still get shot, so not sure what you think on that. we took tires, and started to shoot, and your partner hopped out with his gun and started shooting, Im lowky not hearing anything thats being heard on chat, or radio cause gun sounds are loud, I just continue to shoot, cause cops usually pull out there Special Carbine MKII on us, with 150AP and shoot, especially Special enforcement. 


I also want to point out that the reporting party says we are playing Call of duty lol, when bro sits with a sniper rifle 150 meters away from the fight, but its cod for us.

this is just one clip of the reporting party sniping us, from when he's on a building that is blowing hot smoke outta it. He has a character that robs banks with us, and he says on his crim character "im here to join the winning side" or "let's bring heavies to smoke the cops" I guess hes to immersed in LEO now. bro has asked us to fight him so many times on his SD characters its not funny.

to end this, just wanted to get some deputies out of the fight, im not just going to let him live, so he can come spray us with TAC smgs 2 minutes later, or sniped cause thats all he does. hes even admitted hes bad at close range so he fights. its not like I finished, I killed and dipped away. also I have no pov, was to emersed in the fight, forgot to clip.

Rooks and night crew decided to Chumash bank. When doing the bank I messed up the tellers so the alarm instantly went off. We knew where all the cops were due to an encryption device activated by Andrew. From this device we knew that we were definitely able to still drill and get money. The first cops arrived when the vault opened, we shouted not to come in, and we grabbed money. As we left there were no shots fired and everyone got away safely with only one person being chased. Antonio was the only person being chased so we decided to run a new play on the cops and get into position. Upon getting into position Antonio due to his great driving skills managed to get away. And once again we were free. So over the radio we made the comm to stash our kits and change clothes till the heat dies down. When driving away, a three stacked kamatcho spotted Timmy Valentine. So we quickly went back to our plan. The plan was stated out loud and told to everyone on the freq. We were to get behind the units and take their left tires as they went up the incline. We also specified this isn't an ambush and kill all the cops spot situation. It was a well calculated shoot, move, and leave. With that being said we made it clear that if any car were to stall on the incline quickly take them out before they can harm any of us.


This is where Jeffs Pov picks up. In his pov you can clearly see we perfectly executed our plan. We sent the lead kamatcho flying off the cliff within a few bullets, taking them out of the fight. Jeffs Kamatcho was the second to come up the incline. His tires were taken, he crashed into a tree, and he ultimately flipped over. This caused his truck to stall leaving him wide out in the open for everyone on the ground. Jeff's fellow officer instantly hops out and tries to take the fight, but he is eventually cut down. Jeff on the other hand decides it's in his best interest to stay in the car in the middle of a gun fight and get shot. He then attempts to surrender (while his partner continues to shoot at us) by putting his hands up. He is then shot down. As stated in the plan we were to quickly handle any officers that stalled. That is exactly what we did. We are not cops, we are not arresting or taking prisoners, and there are no laws we have to follow. We were to quickly neutralize the threat and move on. Jeff's decision was to stay in the car and give up. I find this an interesting tactic in a gunfight but I guess to each their own. But I think this decision to give up was not because he couldn't fight, it was because he didn't want to lose. In the middle of a gunfight you can not just simply give up because you think you are going to lose. Furthermore, expect not to get shot while your partner is actively engaging us. I know that if we were to get shot at from behind Jeff would not hesitate getting out his truck and shooting at us. So why would we tactically leave him alive where he could shoot us in the back.

You claim “Im not looking for someone to get in a lot of trouble or anything” and that there should be a "discussion about trigger discipline" or about our behavior. There are better ways of going about this which was included in a recent report. Andrew stated “there are ways to reach out to people in rooks or criminal FM to get your point across besides reporting like this”. This is another one of those scenarios but yet here we are in the forums.

Jeff's decision was to stay in the car and give up. I find this an interesting tactic in a gunfight but I guess to each their own. But I think this decision to give up was not because he couldn't fight, it was because he didn't want to lose. In the middle of a gunfight you can not just simply give up because you think you are going to lose. Furthermore, expect not to get shot while your partner is actively engaging us. I know that if we were to get shot at from behind Jeff would not hesitate getting out his truck and shooting at us. So why would we tactically leave him alive where he could shoot us in the back.

this is from a shootout a week ago, Im in Swat, swat uses snipers, im not sure if you know this or not, but those are used at long ranges around 150 meters away.  I was also instructed to do this by a commanding officer. So not sure your point.

second, What I do on my alt has zero to do with this lol, after playing law enforcement, its fun to go on the other side, so not entirely sure the point on this one either. I challenge you to provide a clip that has me encouraging heavys against the police.

not entirely sure how you forgot to save it, you were pmed telling you to do so. 

it feels like this was taken as a personal attack for some reason. I dont even know you ic that well so im not sure why your taking this so personal and complaining how a swat member fights. even messaging me on discord ab it.  

You also were not shot at once. We were pursuing someone. You offered no chance for surrender, and showed zero discipline.
