joshua philips Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago Character or Account name(s): joshua philips Admin who issued the decision: aieos Date of decision: 02/08/2026 Decision received: report denied Reason given for decision: the admin felt the reporting party was in the right Your explanation of what happened: me and matt philips were in an active chase in one car, we had a car drop to where we both went seperate ways, cops focused on matt so i was free, i ended up joining matts persuit in a seperate vehicle to try and distract them, at no point did i pit any of them, the only thing i did was break check, after a little bit i was told to stop following or lethal force will be used, i instantly broke off, to where the reported id's continued to chase me, i spun out and stalled, which i was then rammed into the wall, id 74 and 46 then hopped out, with guns pointed as i was turning my engine back on, and gunned me down, i was told they shouted demands, but in my pov i did not hear them?. i asked for them to provide pov's, i also made a report in game but was basically denied but i would like to contest that and for these standards and rules to be looked in to further and i would like to ask why after i met their demands to leave the persuit did they still feel it was necessary to use lethal force for someone who posed no threat? thank you.
