Offensive Language Offensive Language is defined as verbal abuse, harassment or the excessive use of insults targeted at a specific player or group of players: Offensive Language is only permitted to be used in-character (IC) as part of roleplay. Out-of-Character (OOC) Offensive Language and racism are strictly prohibited. Players engaging in excessive Offensive Language must stop immediately if requested by the other party through OOC channels.    Punishment: Anything from a warning to a permanent ban, depending on the context, severity, and occurrences. 11. Powergaming (PG) Powergaming is defined as inserting unrealistic actions into a character's actions that would otherwise not be possible in real life, providing non-factual statements in /do, or not allowing other players a chance to roleplay responses and their own actions to your roleplay. Some examples of powergaming: If you want to break a person's leg, you should not go up to the player and type /me breaks Player_Name's leg, and then expect them to roleplay a broken leg, that is forced roleplay and stops them from reacting to it.  Roleplaying superhuman strength or abilities, by performing unrealistic actions such as breaking cuffs with raw strength. Roleplaying camera footage from a camera that does not exist either as an object or through roleplay.  Players should also not type several character actions into a single /me when it's aimed at another player, as that stops the player from roleplaying a proper response. For example, you should not roleplay instantaneously withdrawing an object and then using the object to hold the player hostage, as their chances of reacting to the initial withdrawal are eliminated.  Players may use forceful commands such as /frisk, /cuff, /drag, /cpr, /stabilize after RP, or if the party is unresponsive for 30 seconds.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum) this report is being submitted in regards to an incident that occurred between me and ID 44, I was merely hanging out and having a good time with a few friends while peacefully doing this officers of the law began to flood the scene, whilst standing on top of a deputy cruiser I was tased by Dizzy through a closed vehicle window, in direct violation of rule 11 (powergaming). tasing someone through solid glass is simply not possible and puts in a pure fantasy action giving your opponent no fair chance to counter, officers then began to VDM me, hitting my character, which can both be seen in the server logs, when I politely told Dizzy in PMs to save the footage for a report, he aggressively responded in an OOC fashion by instructing me to “grow up” and then openly stated in PMs “everyone was fucking about”, proving the PDs were neglecting basic RP guidelines, also, after I filed a report against the PD faction, Dizzy OOCly rejected my faction application as a form of vengeance for having reported one of his department members, abusing leadership powers to punish players for reporting rule breaks and being toxic in PMs is not something someone who holds an Assistant Chief title should be doing, reporting rule breaks is an every day thing to ensure that the game is fun and fair for everyone, I ask staff to look into the chatlogs and server logs  and take action against rule breakers please, in the screenshot provided, Dizzy specifically told me, ‘the very latest report as well as this’, establish a clear connection between the fact I was faction removed and the fact I reported PD members, he plainly implied that it would not have happened if I had not reported him and his department proving that it was a OOC revenge action.

Why is this even a report is beyond me, but if we really have to do this, then I'll keep it brief.

My window was down. I know this because I lowered it to play Snow Patrol's Chasing Cars song on the Car Speaker to Mark Snow. I made the joke that when Mark goes out on duty, it's a Snow Patrol as his character name is Mark Snow and if you lower the vehicle's windows, it's louder and I wanted him to hear the song to complete the joke. Now I cannot speak to whether or not this was synced for this individual, I do not know if repairing the car puts the windows back up visually but not in the script either. I know it was down because after I got a DM to save my footage, I did /window 1 and the /me raised the window.

By your own admission, you decide that it is a good example of role-play to go and lay on a cop car in the middle of the road but then you're whinging because you got tazed off of it, once, by me. You can't have both ways, either we're all serious or we're all fucking around. I tased you once. I didn't try to arrest you, you did not lose anything as a result of my actions. Your energy was simply matched and we kept it moving.

Yeah, because it's baffling that anyone would consider that situation reportable. I had literally no idea who you were until I've seen the report, so it's not like it's personally motivated either. You choosing to bring my position within my faction is irrelevant, because we're all held to the same standards no matter what our position.

Now as for you bringing up the denial of your LSPD application, I think we've exposed the true reason for this report, it's a vendetta. It's simply you attempting to revenge yourself upon me for making a decision that was not personally motivated and completely appropriate in the circumstances, given both your attitude towards law enforcement and also, your behaviour on your alternative character. You weren't faction removed, we opted not to bring into the faction.

You also seem to wish to neglect to mention that I was willing, in spite of your behaviour prior to this, to reduce your wait time from 28 days to 14 days, as a gesture of good will.

Bruh, what are you talking about? You've not reported me before this, are you okay? You didn't even talk shit about PD, you talked about SD. Why would I take it personally about you talking shit about SD? LMAO.

If we're encouraging staff to do things, maybe look into whether this person that refuses to use a microphone on a voice RP server, is a ban evader or not. Because something don't smell right.

End of the day, I didn't take what this individual was doing seriously, responded in jest with the tase and when they attempted to pull me up on it, I thought it was so silly that I told them to grow up.
