ClaraMalone Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Player(s) being reported: Sia Russo ID 32 Date of interaction reported: 24/07/2026 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1784853507 Your character name: May Medina Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Christopher Miles, Jaxson Hayes, Clint Springer, other PD and SD Specific rule(s) broken: NRP- Swimming during an active chase. Exemptions include crossing a small body of water (such as a river) or reaching an escape vehicle (such as a boat). How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) Thanks to whoever takes this report. Sia Russo and a friend shot into a crowd at legion from a BF400 and around 5 mins later returned in a black jugular. After ignoring demands at gunpoint to get out of the car i shot the cars tires and they evaded. Sia Russo and Hailey Miller drove the car onto the beach and into the water at the bottom of bay city incline before Hailey put her hands up and surrendered and Sia chose to swim into the ocean. She swam for a minimum of 2 minutes before killing me, im unsure how long the swimming continued for but myself Hayes and Mercer were in the water. I don't like reporting but when people swim into the ocean with no real goal it just ruins roleplay, I don't enjoy swimming after someone in water for ages when they could easily run on foot or try get a pickup to keep rp going! Any questions let me know! Thanks Evidence of rule breach https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/naXGS4x10COfm3L7S?invite=cr-MSxGR1gsMzkxMDc3MTky Quote

Molwax Posted 52 minutes ago Report Posted 52 minutes ago Hello, First of all, I'd like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain my perspective on this situation. I genuinely appreciate being given the chance to respond before a conclusion is reached. To begin with, I believe the footage provided by the reporting party is edited and does not show how the situation actually started. It only captures a portion of the events, without the context leading up to them. I'd like to explain the full sequence of events from my perspective. The incident began after a gang injured my friend. She survived, but naturally wanted to retaliate against the people responsible. We then got guns and began searching for them. A short while later, we located them at Legion Square, and opened fire and fleeing the scene on a BF400 After some time had passed, we changed our clothing and our vehicle in an attempt to distance ourselves from the earlier incident. We later returned in a black Jugular. At that point, law enforcement asked us to step out of the vehicle because we were sus , claiming that we were the people involved in the earlier shooting. From my perspective, they had no proper PID or any reliable way of identifying us. We had already changed our appearance and vehicle. The only thing that could have stood out was my hairstyle, which is fairly unique on the server, but I do not believe that alone is enough to positively identify someone in-character. Shortly afterward, Officer May Medina immediately pulled out her rifle and shot my vehicle's tires without any prior interaction or escalation just because I pressed they key (S) once. I was confused by this because, from my point of view, there had been no proper engagement leading up to that use of force. As a result, I attempted to escape by driving away, during which I rammed the officer positioned in front of my vehicle. The police then continued firing at my car and at both myself and my friend. The last place I had seen my Warrener was around High End. It had previously been left unlocked, stolen, and abandoned in that area. Because my tires had already been gone and I had very limited options left, I used a steroid and wanted to flee within the ocean, to head that way and intending to retrieve my vehicle and continue my escape. While running, I entered the ocean. The only purpose of entering the water was to escape and reach the area where I believed my vehicle was located. I did not enter the ocean with the intention of avoiding roleplay, or creating an unfair situation. Once I realized that my vehicle was no longer there, I immediately stopped moving farther into the water because there was no longer any reason to continue. Afterward, I engaged May Medina and stabbed her. My reasoning at the time was that she had previously fired her rifle at me during the encounter, and I reacted based on that. Whether that reaction was correct or not is ultimately for the staff team to decide, but it was not done with any intention to break rules. Immediately after the incident, May Medina privately messaged me and informed me that I was not allowed to enter the ocean in that manner. As soon as she explained this to me, I returned to the shore without arguing or attempting to continue what I was doing. I have always respected May Medina, and because I trust her judgment, I listened to what she told me straight away. I genuinely did not have any bad intentions, and I was not trying to exploit anything. My only intention had been to escape and retrieve my vehicle. Once I understood that what I had done was not allowed, I immediately corrected my actions. I would also like to mention that the reporting party never contacted me afterward to ask me to save my POV or discuss the situation before submitting the report. I was unaware that this incident would develop into a player report, otherwise I would have ensured I had preserved any evidence available on my end. Finally, I would like to apologize if any of my actions caused issues or appeared inappropriate. There was never any bad intent behind my decisions. I understand that, looking back, some of the choices I made may not have been the best, but they were made in the moment under pressure rather than with the intention of breaking the rules or disrupting roleplay. Thank you once again for taking the time to read my response and for considering my explanation before making a final decision. Quote
