(he was not a part of the scene) How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) We were involved in a shootout with police and as I'm having an exchange with PD this random guy on a bike comes and rams into me and kills me. (Was no accident. He had zero reason to go wrong side of the street straight towards me other than to hit me with his bike) 3 minutes later he goes to loot bodies as there are still shots. he was just driving into a active warzone on a bike with no fear for his life.
