(300 words maximum) We were involved in a pursuit that quickly turned into a shooting. As i exited the vehicle and engaged, my partner asked me to get into the car so we could reposition the vehicle. I did so, and as we are once again dismounting a Phantom being driven by ID 12 struck us, downing me and surely doing some serious damage to Joey. Seemed excessive since there was no obvious reason to ram us our vehicle was already off, and out of the way.
