Connection lost, Server is unavailable

Hello! 

Ive been trying to connect to the server with no luck. "Connection lost, Server is unavailable."  

This happened to me 1-2 months ago, I changed my internet connection to another one and it worked, but now both connections is showing the error. 

What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
