How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was outside dignity village, coming out of it, when I got robbed by ID 20 and 7 after they pitted my vehicle, as they did see me coming out of a lab (this is not the issue). I dropped items on the floor for them to check and they let me go after a while. Around 1-2 minutes later I was driving down the highway when I held down the 'C' button to check if anyone was following me behind me car - I then crashed into the back of their vehicle, which was for some reason completely stationary in the middle of both lanes. Their response (specifically ID 20) was to immediately exit the vehicle and start shooting me dead with absolutely no demands whatsoever.

This absolutely does not seem reasonable, and I personally do not think anyone in real life would murder someone in the middle of a highway due to an accidental road collision - especially calculated professional criminals who are aiming to stay out of prison.

 

Evidence of rule breach
I asked ID 7 and ID 20 to save POV, I have also provided the unix time stamp and location (highway outside dignity village) for a scene replay/log assessment.

No, I will install some software for this for future incidents though.

 

I did ask both ID 20 and 7 to save POV though, and there should be logs of the whole thing as I have provided location and the unix/epoch time.
