I responded to a call at Bennys for a commotion, When I showed up, Kate Johnson was down and so I started treating her and helping her to my car to take her to MD. There was a bunch of yellow cars around but they never said a thing like at all. Laurent leaves the scene and as soon as I put kate in the back or attempt too, they just hop out the car and shoot me, and finish me. no escalation, no idea at all why they shot me.

Hi,

We had escalation on Kate, and were actively looking to kill her. When it was called out on radio that she was injured by bennys, we pulled up with the intention of killing her, but seeing PD there we waited.

Once the one PD unit left, we moved in to kill Kate, but because the Officer was carrying her, my shots ended up hitting him - we didn't intend to kill him, In the footage, you can see Kate drop to the floor, where i attempted to finish her, but instead the cop died and Kate ended up TPing into the trunk. 

Since it happened so fast, and another PD unit showed up shooting us, we didn't get the chance to explain this at the time. I don't have footage of the situation.

we where going after the player kate as we had escalation on  her and was looking around for her until we where told she was at bennys injuired but at the time there was a pd cop and we waited until he left before moving in to kill kate it happen very fast and i due to the officer holding kate who where shoting at our shots hit him killing him wish was not what we indeded to happen as we where only after kate in the footage you can see i was not shoting all over the place as i was attampting to only hit kate i am not even sure if i even hit the officer during it.

we where then shot at by other PD units who responed to the scene so we didn't get a lot of time i dont have pove our footage of what happen during this rp scene.

I can send the full body cam of 10-15 minutes prior, I was responding to someone who was downed, and bennys was trespassing her. No other information was provided. They also all sat around doing nothing or saying nothing, and im sure Laurent would not have left the scene if there was any inkling of a sign they would attack. id also like to point out that a simple "drop her" would have worked over putting 2 slugs into my back.

Hello, Laurant Conrad is the character I play. We were responding to a 911 call of a Benny's worker who stated that Kate needed to be removed from Benny's for a trespass order. When we arrived, Kate was already injured and there was a lot of /b communication about a rule break for VDM between various parties. As Kate was no longer on Benny's property at the time, I informed her she was still trespassed and had SD officer Jeff Fury start treating her before leaving to a panic that was dropped in the city.  As Jeff mentioned, at no time during the interaction did I feel the situation was hostile ((Outside of the disagreement about the potential rulebreak)) and there was no evidence of a recent gun fight.
