Hey, first off im not sure this is a report or kinda standard these days. If its not a report then my bad and of course it can be achieved.

So, cooking weed and ID 14 rolls down. 

He says "who you with" to Pads
Says something similar to the other Rebel
Jumps out of car with a gun
Pads starts to run
Then he shouts "put your hands up or you will be shot"
Immediately starts blasting 
Pads runs around the corner
Thinks he is hidden but i guess not and gets slayed down.

- It was lucky I was already running as it gave me time to actually read the demand, if not I would have been auto slayed lol

So. Not too bothered about anything lost it was only a little bit of weed and a few pistols. Just looking to see 1) how did the guy see me, maybe they have good vision or graphics i dunno but it looked sus to me, and 2) I don't really consider any of this RP, like at all.

On the second point I might be wrong but when I was more into PVP using a script to issue demands to someone already running from a distance after saying nothing more than "who are you with" was simply not considered valid escalation. The guy said he was from OTF but ofc they could be from any gang or possibly solo in all fairness....

Anyone can play like that guy plays, its easy, actual roleplay is much harder. Again, if this is not really a report and the counter argument is simply "he was at labs, he had a gun, i issued demands" then this is fine but i encourage staff to look at how this played out, almost like a checkbox of actions to complete in order to initiate PVP. It ain't hard to spot these clapper kids: random clothing, big guns on their back, text only, very little said only to scope out and initiate PVP using scripts to issue commands. Its hard to root out but it can be done. 

Again this report is not directly aimed at punishment towards the player but also to just help gauge the levels of expected and acceptable engagement as we slowly start to build an rp group. If everything in the clip is genuinely where we are at these days then no worries.... Again this report is also I can sus things out again myself as a return to the community.
