Player(s) being reported: 10
Date of interaction reported: 14/JUN/2026
Unix time stamp from HUD: 1781436663

Your character name: Elio Luca
Other player(s) involved: None

Specific rule(s) broken:
Death matching / Vehicle deathmatch

Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper in-character (IC) motive and/or prior escalation.

Pedestrians must not be attempted to be hit by a vehicle more than once, or without a valid motive.

How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

Our gang member, Kurtis Kelly, was injured while driving to the store we were planning to rob. He pinged his location, and I went there to assist him.

Upon arrival, Kurtis was already dead, so I began looting his body.

Player 10 drove by and noticed this, stopped his vehicle, and then fully reversed directly into me when I ran back to my bike, causing me to become injured. His responses afterward were:

  1. "WTF"
  2. "You teleported on screen."
  3. "I didn't see you."

He then proceeded to loot Kurtis Kelly and afterward attempted to loot me as well. While doing so, he started hitting me with a crowbar. When he realized that wasn't working, he returned to his vehicle and deliberately drove over me multiple times.

Although the player claimed he did not see me, it is clear from my perspective that he did. Even if he genuinely did not see me initially, he continued his rule break by repeatedly running me over, which constitutes Deathmatching.

This player clearly does not understand the Eclipse RP rules.

I was not recording when he initially VDM'd me, but I started recording as soon as he drove over me and knocked me unconscious. The logs will show that I had no prior interaction with this player.

After the incident, I informed Player 10 of the rules he had broken. However, he did not seem to care and showed no intention of acknowledging his actions.

I also instructed him multiple times to save his POV for the report.

Additionally, I notified the player that I would be reporting the incident on the forums, so he is aware that this report has been submitted.

PENDING RESPONSE
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――

After reviewing this report and the evidence attached to it, we have decided that this report cannot be concluded at this time. We would like to receive a response from the following player(s) to explain their side of the story:

  • [10] Levi_Le @Bo- - Can you please provide any footage you have of the situation and give your side of events that took place during this situation? In addition, please answer the following:

    • Why can you be seen finishing off the reporting party with your vehicle?

      • What reasoning was there to fully kill the reporting party?

      • Why was a vehicle used as a weapon against an injured character that posed no threat?

    • Was there any prior altercation between yourself and either the reporting party or the original deceased character?

  • [5] Elio_Luca @ReneBerg - Please answer the following:

    • Do you believe that your messages sent in faction chat regarding the situation promoted good OOC behaviour?

If the requested player(s) do not respond within 48 hours, this report will be concluded based on the evidence that has already been provided, to the best of our ability.

Hi Ckari,

Thank you for taking the time to review this report.

Are you referring to my message: "Bro just vehicle death matched me and looted lmfao. Gonna do this report. Brb"?

The message was simply meant to let my gang know that I would be AFK while dealing with the incident and submitting a report. There was no malicious intent behind it. I was honestly just surprised and frustrated by the situation at the time.

In the future, I will refrain from using /f 0 in situations like this.

If you need any additional information, please feel free to reach out.

Kind regards,

Elio
