I am here to try and bring life back into Burger Shot, and bring the community of Los Santos together. In a city that the criminal's run rampant, and the police are over worked. every one needs a place to take a load off, and enjoy a good meal. During the process of our mission, we want to try and bring an app into play. This app we would like to push into play would allow you to order Burger Shot for deliver, and catering for large scale events. Services, and Menu Options ((Subject to change)) Burger Shot on the spot: that is right, with a simple phone call we want to bring it to you. Will begin implementation of this as best as possible as soon as possible, with hopes to improve it over time Hot in ready food to dine in or to go. A friendly staff, ready to serve you. Menu: #1 Heart Stopper, Fries and drink #2 Bleeding Sub, Fries, and drink #3 Big Boy's Weenie, Fries, and drink #4 Beef Taco, Fries and drink #5 Taco of the Seas, Fries, and drink ((the fish drop offs are in all the Burger Shots we need to serve something with fish)) DRINKS: Soda, Coffee, Water, Milkshakes((not sure if we can add those in or not but we need a sweet treat)) Our Ranks Owner This would Be the CEO type tier. The owner will be who primarily interacts with the city government, deals with health code violations. All changes to the company and brand will ultimately have to pass over the owners desk. Simple things like changing the cars Burger Shot uses for deliver would pass over this persons desk. While the owner will be very hands on during the birth of Burger Shot, his future may be more with PR, and advertising once established. District Manger This will be the most trusted manger to the owner. His metaphoric right hand if you will. His job will be ensuring the management team is able to handle the changes when the come into play. Operation Manger Operations manger will be in charge recruiting, and termination of employees. To ensure smooth operations of each location we open. Store Manger Store mangers will handle promotions, price changes, and inventory stock at the locations. The will also ensure the store's are safe and report safety concerns up the ladder or to local law enforcement. Assistant store manger Assistant store manger will complete any duties assigned from the store manager, and directly interact with store staff. HR type duties will begin at this tier and above. Shift Leads Shift Leads, will be the training staff. This is the bottom of the management tree. This will be the most chaotic position. They will handle customer complaints, and issues between insiders and outsiders. They will also have to train the raw patty's Insiders Insiders, are going to be prepping orders for the outsiders, and for customers in the locations. they will also run the registers inside the location, and answer the store phone when it rings to take orders. They can also take deliveries if there are not outsiders on shift and they are not alone. outsiders These are the delivery staff. They will slowly train on food prep and the Point Of Sales registers; however, there primary function will be to bring piping hot food to those in need in the world. Raw Patty New hires, that can not be expected to complete a task alone. These rookies will be with an insider, or above at all times until which time they proved them selves. Hiring Process Application Process: We will always be accepting applications. and our application can be found ((place holder)). There will be important information about job requirements here. Please note we are going to be designed for newcomers, to try to get them engaged with the community. That being said their most recent admin record can be no sooner then 7days ago. Interviews: Can be given by assistant store mangers and above. Once your application has been approved inform staff at your local Burger Shot and try to get an interview. Training and development: Once hired, you may begin training with a shift lead or above. A trainer may partner you with an outsider to begin learning how the outsider work is done when they feel you are ready, and understand your roles. 1 Quote
