How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was cooking a small amount at the cement factory and all of the sudden someone rams into my Kamacho and wedges his car underneath it, trying to trap me. I just say "Whoa" and get in my car, where he immediately shoots me after like three seconds of saying "Hands up". Asked him to save POV.

Hi, 

I was around this drug lab multiple times before and I saw this same guy there before, both times he took off running from me and just instantly went off road since he knows I cant follow him since I was in a non offroad car which is just once again provoking me to make a rule break.

I pull up and I see the chance to finally catch him and not let him run away to the mountain again, I get out my car and tell him to put his hands up, I am a text RPer so it would be unreasonable for me to type a longer sentence which would give him the chance to just run away as I'm typing. So I say hands up and have my shotgun out which he then gets into his vehicle and turns the engine on and tries to escape so I shoot him. If anything I feel he didn't Value his characters life since I had a shotgun right to him for a good length of time before I shot him when he was trying to flee.

I did have it but I think I have deleted it unfortunately as I was clearing up storage, but my POV would show the exact same thing in his screen that I got out my car told him to put his hands up and he got into his car and started it so I shot him because he didn't follow my commands.

I didn't realise I have interacted with this person before. But I am assuming he is referring to him trying to rob me with a similar tactic before. I was at the same lab and he pushed his elegy retro into my kamacho and said "Yo". I gently pushed him out of my way and said "Thats a very aggressive manoeuvre, good sir" as it was pretty silly and obnoxious to try ramming and blocking a kamacho with a tiny sports car. So I just drove away and he decided to follow me outside the lab, where I just drove off-road to get rid of him. So I'm assuming this is why he rammed my kamacho so hard the second time, which is when I made this report.

I have no POV of this.

I didn't ram you hard at all, my aim was to block in the vehicle to stop you running off-road again - ramming is a whole different thing....

If you didn't ram the kamacho, how was your car stuck partly underneath it already?
