How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)
I was talking to people and having fun at bennys until ID 67 decides its appropriate RP to shoot his tazer at me through his cars window AND through my window to arrest me. I asked him if he thinks this is appropriate RP and he just tells me he is allowed to do this and tells me to report it. So here I am, reporting it as instructed. This was zero RP and zero reason to do this.
With this attitude and reasoning, surely I am allowed to purchase weapons and do drive by's on any police officers i see if I am in a bad mood?
