I did have it but I think I have deleted it unfortunately as I was clearing up storage, but my POV would show the exact same thing in his screen that I got out my car told him to put his hands up and he got into his car and started it so I shot him because he didn't follow my commands.

Hi, I was around this drug lab multiple times before and I saw this same guy there before, both times he took off running from me and just instantly went off road since he knows I cant follow him since I was in a non offroad car which is just once again provoking me to make a rule break. I pull up and I see the chance to finally catch him and not let him run away to the mountain again, I get out my car and tell him to put his hands up, I am a text RPer so it would be unreasonable for me to type a longer sentence which would give him the chance to just run away as I'm typing. So I say hands up and have my shotgun out which he then gets into his vehicle and turns the engine on and tries to escape so I shoot him. If anything I feel he didn't Value his characters life since I had a shotgun right to him for a good length of time before I shot him when he was trying to flee.

Hello there, I crashed into the man in high end and didn't say sorry which is why he kept approaching me. I was just trying to do some drifting and as you can see he pulled up right in my way so I tried to ignore him and keep doing my thing but he kept provoking me. He then brought the situation to the out of character chat for no reason, he could of continued in game or left the area instead of provoking me to try get me in trouble with the server admins. I said what I said in /b in the best way possible, I didn't see any positive reason to report me as I was literally just going about my day but he clearly just stayed there to try get me in trouble. The second clip he sent in, he got his repair all well and done and just sat outside the mechanic shop looking like he was waiting for me to be finished to follow me - Which is why I felt the need to hit his car again to allow myself some time to get away from the area. You also failed to mention the kamacho truck which I suppose is your friend who followed me and asked if I had a problem and tried to chase me down, I don't even remember what that ended with. I apologies if me hitting your vehicle made you upset and I will make sure not to hit you again, but it looks to me you were just provoking me to try get me into bother.
