He quickly scribbled his signature next to his sister’s and extended his hand to her. “Congratulations sis, you’re now the owner of Avalon Entertainment!” Scarlett pushed his hand away and gave him a hug instead. “You will have so much success with your new business! You designed the most beautiful offices for Scarlett & Co,you’re made for this!” She said. The encouragement was appreciated, even though the weight of the entertainment empire was no longer on his shoulders it was immediately replaced with the pressure of making this new endeavor a success… They both got into Danny’s car to go to City Hall to get their paperwork processed, Scarlett to expand her Entertainment Empire, Danny to form the beginnings of his Real Estate Empire. The paperwork was filed quickly, this hadn’t been the first time he submitted these type of paperwork. Scarlett waited at the car for him as he stepped out of City Hall and said: “Let’s celebrate with a drink, I own a nice bar we could go to!” The joy in her voice was contagious. Danny nodded and smiled. He got in the car and he drove them to the Avalon Knightclub. As they arrived Scarlett rushed to the front door of the club and held it open for Danny “after you, sir!” She said while smirking. Danny walked into the club that he had owned for almost two years. A sense of accomplishment fell over him, accompanied by happiness when he looked to Scarlett, who had quickly found her way behind the bar and had cracked open a bottle of red wine. “I know you ain’t too picky when it comes to drinks, I fancied a red wine, so we’re celebrating with red wine!” “If you’re ever look to sell or redo the place, I know a pretty good realtor and interior designer” he joked… Danny then walked over to Scarlett at the bar, picked up the glass of wine and toasted with Scarlett. “To new beginnings” She said. “New beginnings!” Danny replied. Danny_V Posted February 16 Author Report Posted February 16 Spoiler Picking up pace This week has been a busy one. Danny’s business was moving on all fronts. Even though they weren't giant steps. It was encouraging to see that for what he had in mind, there was demand on all fronts. Danny announced his new company to his friends and family, they all responded supportively, and SK jumped at the chance to get Danny to refurnish his apartment. Danny also purchased a small apartment in Rancho that he would flip for a quick profit. He advertised the property on his LifeInvader page. Danny ran into Louise Hurst who needed funds for a sailboat she had been looking to buy. He helped her out by financing her boat and setting up his first loan agreement. Danny got back in touch with his old friend Ryan, the best property designer in the state. While catching up and chatting about designing properties Ryan agreed to join Myers Real Estate As the head of Interior Design. When Danny finished building Scarlett’s offices, word got out to the higherups at City Hall. They were impressed with the work he had done and Asked Scarlett if Danny would be available to remodel a property in Mirror Park. All-in-all a pretty good first week! 4 Quote

The brief he received was: A multi-purpose venue groups or businesses could use for events or gatherings. Word of Danny's work was spreading, his phone rang. The person on the other end of the line asked if Danny was available for another property renovation. Danny replied: "An apartment, house or business property?" "Something... Bigger" the client anwered. "Meet me at the airport if you have time... I'll show you" Intrigued, Danny hopped into his car and went straight over to the airport. Danny_V Posted March 21 Author Report Posted March 21 Spoiler The Mexican Connection Danny heard his phone ringing when he was putting up the last paintings in the mirror park building. It was Jesus Jefferson, "Yo Danny" he said. “Are you free to build me a warehouse?” “Locos Tacos is booming and we need a place to store all our products. Another job... however this sounds like it shouldn’t take too long,Danny thought to himself. He agreed to meet Jesus at the restaurant, to see what the warehouse behind it was like and what he had in mind for the renovation. Danny quickly drafted a contract outlining the details of the renovation, before going over to the building. They quickly agreed on the terms of the contract.Danny was excited to get started on the build, It would be a nice change of pace to build a warehouse. After repainting the warehouse in the colours of the restaurant, and after installing about a hundred refridgerators later, the place looked transformed. With a little office area in the back, the transformation was complete... 1 Quote
