Issue/bug you are reporting: This one in archive. Probably should unarchive it as it doesn't appear fixed.

Expected behavior:  Robbery Levels not affecting the payout from Store Robberies... It appears as the bug fix may have sorted out the bank robbery perk but not the lower level ones. If this bug can be confirmed and the fix was in fact only for the bank robbery... then the fix has only really helped two members in the community and ignored the rest of crims. 

If I am mistaken here and just being an idiot then fair enough... but can this be tested by staff who can do so without any IC percussions.
