Weapon repair bug

Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: yes 

How many times did this issue appear for you?: it will happen anytime you try to do it. 

Issue/bug you are reporting: When repairing a gun, it does not take it to 100% durability, even though the weapon durability bar is full, the gun still jams and is lower than what it says. 

Expected behavior:  The gun will repair to 100% after being repaired.

I shot 140 rounds this fight and it was technically full bar durability and it jammed 4 times. Let me know if you need POV to fix this bug.

Repaired a Carbine MK2 using a repair kit and it went to "Perfect condition 33%". Which is not useable and will constantly jam when shot.

Repairing a pump MK2 with a repair kit which only repairs to perfect condition 52%

I shot some bullets to damage the Gun so I could repair it again. After repairing it, it went to 51%

I shot some more bullets and repaired it yet again to which it only went to 51% again. 

The guns should be 100% condition after being repaired with a repair kit which already costs between 4-6 thousand.
